Urban Guerrilla Warfare is a form of unconventional or irregular warfare conducted within urban environments by small, mobile, and decentralized groups of irregular fighters. These actors may include insurgents, extremists, terrorists, paramilitary elements, armed militias, partisan groups, or revolutionary movements operating against state institutions, security forces, or rival entities. Unlike conventional warfare, urban guerrilla operations rely heavily on asymmetrical tactics, mobility, concealment, and psychological impact rather than direct and sustained battlefield engagements.
